Open Fifth expands Nordic presence with majority investment in imCode Partner AB

Open Fifth (formerly PTFS Europe Limited) today announced their investment in a 67.73% majority shareholding in Swedish library software specialist imCode Partner AB, and with it its wholly-owned Norwegian subsidiary, Libriotech AS.
The strategic investment unites two of Europe’s leading open source library software providers, establishing a strong alternative to proprietary software vendors as the group expands its ability to deliver high-performance software solutions at scale and across the UK and the Nordics.
imCode will continue operating as a separate entity, retaining its corporate identity, branding, operating structure and staff. All existing customer contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), support, and in-country hosting infrastructure will remain fully intact.
imCode’s CEO Tomas Holasek and Deputy CEO Crister Karlén will continue to lead imCode’s operations.
