OCLC vs Baker & Taylor - legal dispute over use of WorldCat records

OCLC and US library solutions provider “Baker and Taylor” are currently engaged in a bitter war of words, claims and counter-claims regarding Baker and Taylor’s use of WorldCat records as part of their cataloguing solution BTCat. OCLC have filed a lawsuit against Baker and Taylor regarding use of WorldCat records claiming to do so encourages OCLC libraries to renege on their legal obligations.
